Yes. Your initial consultation is free and there is no obligation to go any further. It is a chance for us to understand what you need and for you to decide whether we are the right fit.
Do you charge a fee for mortgage advice?
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances and will be agreed with you before proceeding, but we estimate it will be £600. We will always explain any fee clearly before you commit.
Are you tied to one lender?
No. We are not tied to any single lender, so we can compare suitable mortgages from our panel of lenders and recommend the option that fits your circumstances.
Do I need to visit an office?
No. We are an online and telephone based brokerage, so you can speak to us at a time that suits you and send your documents through our secure system.
What documents will I need?
It depends on your circumstances, but lenders typically ask for photo ID, proof of address, recent payslips or tax calculations, bank statements and evidence of your deposit. We will give you a clear checklist once we understand your plans.
